Richard W. Bredemann, who is both a lawyer and a certified public accountant (CPA), has been practicing law for almost 40 years. Mr. Bredemann is a member of the Arizona and Illinois State Bars. He earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School. He is also a licensed CPA in Arizona and Illinois. He has decades of experience in all aspects of estate planning, elder law, tax planning, and asset protection.
Stephen J. McFarlane, a former IRS prosecuting attorney with an LL.M. degree in tax, also has a background as an international business executive. Mr. McFarlane, a member of the Arizona and Washington State Bars, earned his JD and LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program and his M.B.A. from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. He has tried dozens of cases before the US Tax Court and federal courts in the districts of Arizona and Colorado.
