Stephen J. McFarlane, a former IRS prosecuting attorney with an LL.M. degree in tax, also has a background as an international business executive. Mr. McFarlane has been assisting taxpayers in their federal, state and local tax matters and tax problems for over 17 years. Mr. McFarlane is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the Washington State Bar. He earned his JD from Seattle University, his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Law Program, and his MBA (Int'l) from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. In addition to his constant and relentless efforts to resolve complex tax problems with the IRS, he has tried dozens of cases before the United States Tax Court. He has also handled cases before the federal courts in the districts of Arizona and Colorado.
David A. Valenzuela is a graduate from the University of Washington School of law where he obtained both his JD and LL.M. masters of law in taxation. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and licensed to practice in front of the United States District Court District of Arizona.
