At our firm, every case is handled personally by one of our two attorneys, but with the benefit of our combined experience and knowledge. Richard W. Bredemann, who is both a lawyer and a certified public accountant (CPA), has been practicing law for almost 40 years. Stephen J. McFarlane, a former IRS prosecuting attorney with an LL.M. degree in tax, also has a background as an international business executive.
Our staff also includes two experienced paralegals, Gail Gallagher and Bobbi Andersen, who have in-depth knowledge of Arizona's complex court procedures and application processes for conducting probate and trust administration, preparing estate planning documents, and completing real estate transactions.
